Terms of business
- The customer provides the text by e-mail, fax or mail and decides whether to order directly or ask for an offer beforehand. Offers will be submitted as soon as possible.
- The time of delivery will be given after checking the text.
- If the accepted order cannot be completed in time due to major reasons, the customer will be immediately informed about the delay.
- We are committed to high quality and secrecy on sensitive information.
- Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
Payment:
Immediately after receipt of the invoice, without deduction.
Prices:
We offer a fair price for our services. We calculate every translation on the basis of the number of lines in the text you give us for translation which enables you to check the invoiced amount. One line consists of 55 characters.
We have special agreements with many of our long-term customers offering them reduced prices. You can also take advantage of this possibility.
In the case of urgent translations we add generally an express or weekend charge of approximately 25% (+VAT).
